Application, fill it out and please mail to:

Distributors are allowed to place product orders when they sign
up, however if for any reason your application is not accepted by
Nature's Youth Direct your order will not be processed.
Within 48 hours of receipt of your mailed application Nature's Youth
will notify you of your application status.
Upon acceptance of your application, your Distributor Information
Packet will be mailed to you. |
